Beer a Night Early

From Drop BoxWe decided to try the beer a night early, yet it was past midnight so still on Superbowl Sunday. Carl has to work during the game, so would have missed the initial tasting, so the three of us each cracked a bottle and enjoyed the beautiful hiss of carbonation, we have made beer.

It's a beautiful refreshing IPA unlike any other, not only have we made beer, but we made good beer. Mark has dubbed it the Hobo IPA. More to drink today at halftime. Brilliant.
